The Microbiology Department at College of Medicine in University of Alkafeel held a meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, chaired by the department head, Dr. Haider Talib Mohammed and the faculty members, as part of the preparations for the 2024-2025 academic year.
There were discussions on the academic curriculum and the scientific and practical plans to be achieved the forthcoming academic year. Priorities were determined : strategies for updating laboratory facilities to meet student needs.
The department head emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts to ensure a distinguished educational environment that reinforce the skills of the students. He also stressed the need to adhere to quality standards in medical education and offer the best academic services to students.
This meeting is part of a series of sessions held by the College of Medicine to ensure all preparations in place before the start of the academic year aiming to achieve excellence in academic performance and develop future medical professionals.
