Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussein Ali Kadhim Abu Kalal, vice-dean for administrative affairs at the College of Dentistry , University of Alkafeel , held an important meeting on Sunday 12/8/2024 with the teaching assistants to discuss ways to improve technical and administrative performance within the laboratories and develop work mechanisms in a way that ensures providing the best support to students and achieving the goals of the educational process.
The meeting reviewed the most prominent challenges in the laboratories, focusing on the importance of maintaining their equipment and ensuring their safety, as they constitute an essential element in practical training. Dr. Hussein Abu Kalal also invited the teaching assistants to develop their academic and practical skills, stressing their pivotal role in supporting students and creating a distinguished educational environment Students and creating a distinguished educational environment.
The meeting concluded with a number of recommendations to improve the workflow in laboratories, enhance the performance of invigilators during daily exams, emphasize the provision of everything necessary to support students in their educational journey and embody the commitment of the college to raise the academic and practical level of its students.
