The Lifelong Learning Center at the university of Alkafeel University organized a workshop on the requirements for academic promotions and the administrative procedures necessary to take hold of . The workshop was held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at the university presidency, in the presence of a number of faculty members and researchers.
In this regard, Prof.Dr. Hussein Abdullah Al-Bakka, Chairman of the Scientific Promotions Committee at Al-Kafeel University, tackled the main lecture at the workshop to offer a detailed overview of the requirements for academic promotions : essential administrative procedures and the available degrees of promotion . Furthermore , the lecture also manifested the importance of publishing in high-impact scientific journals as a means of promotion, the mechanisms for measuring scientific performance and the period of time to complete promotions.
There was a high sense of interacting between the lecturer and the participants inquiring and commenting on this important topic . In so doing , the university of Alkafeel desires to have all its staff members promoted and to enhance the academic level and Workshop Highlighting Academic Promotion Requirements of its state as prominent .
